The Artist sings this to address the way people address each other today.  It seems to have gotten worse.  Same words, just everyone from the ages that can speak, in schools, Stores and many public places.  He ask that we plant the seed of love (seed of change) and one of the best way is to VOTE.   Sometimes words can hurt more than physical damage.   He ask everyone to get on the voting dance floor, meaning move get out of your seat and go to the booth.
